With the RS16, we offer a unique hand filter system for fragrant coffee lovers who place high value on a balanced, pure flavor profile in filter coffee. The RS16 glass filter and the RS16 metal filter do not require any additional paper filters and thus guarantee a unique taste experience, as in Brazilian cuptasting, without reduction of flavor-bearing substances or release of inherent flavor, as is the case with all paper filters.
The RS16 glass filter emphasizes the body and sweetness of the coffee, the RS16 metal filter emphasizes the fruity nuances - both filters reduce the bitterness of the filter coffee.
